Janine and Miral decided to have their first part of their wedding day celebration at Lago Mar lagoon which is right outside of Houston. This place couldn’t have had been more perfect for their Indian wedding ceremony, where they got to say their I do’s to each other in front of their closest friends and family.

They decided to opt in on doing a first look. First looks are AMAZING to get a special quiet moment with your bride/groom before getting the day started. Lago Mar Lagoon has amazing spots away from the main building where they allowed us to capture this intimidate moment between them without the fear of guests seeing them.

Their Baraat started off on a BOAT in Logo Mar. Yes i said boat, definitely a unique experience that all of their guests enjoyed. We hopped on and enjoyed the party with Miral and his closest friends. Shortly after we got off at the dock where his entire family waited for us to start the celebration that lead to their ceremony spot.

Later that evening we moved the party over to a reception space in Montrose. This spot was absolutely gorgeous!!! We took advantage of the beautiful greenery that surrounded the venue to do their bride and groom portraits.

Lago mar lagoon in Houston, TX is definitely a spot i will be recommending to my couples who want a beach like venue in the Houston area!
