Galveston Elopement

Laken and Hill met a year ago and quickly fell instantly in love. They’re the perfect example of “if you know, you just know” when you meet your person. I always get the chills when I meet my couples and can truly see the love and care between them. Especially in the small moments while I’m photographing them. They always knew they wanted a small intimate elopement and Galveston Beach was on the top of their list! An intimate elopement in Galveston, TX on the beach at sunrise? SIGN ME UP! You really can’t even tell we were on the gulf of Mexico.

POST CEREMONY

After their ceremony, they picked up an adorable vintage carriage. They drove this over to the Porch Cafe in Beach town. This is where they chose to celebrate after with their family and friends who joined them early that morning for their ceremony. They got to cut their cake together and share a meal with the people closest to them.

Laken and Hill decided to do their wedding ceremony on Galveston Beach. The special thing about their day was the brides father had the honor of being the officiant of their wedding. All while their close family and friends surrounded them on the beach as they said their “I DO’s”
