Planning a wedding is not easy and making sure you have memorable moments with your partner in the middle of your busy wedding day can be difficult. Don’t worry though, I am here to help you!
Today I want to share with you guys 3 ways to help you reach this goal… are you ready???
Add a first touch in your timeline!!! I know some bride’s want to wait until they’re walking down the aisle for that magical first reaction from their groom. The first touch is perfect for a special moment before the ceremony where the two of you can share a few words while holding each others hands. I don’t know about you but it gives me butterflies just thinking of a moment like this. It doesn’t take away from the magical first reaction and you get to hold and talk to your partner before walking down the aisle!
The next thing you could do is do a first look! A lot of my couples go this route to really space out a moment where its just the two of you swooning over each other. This allows us to get more individual photos of the two of you before the day gets started! If getting pictures of just the two of you is a priority and you’ve always wanted to make your Pinterest wedding portrait dreams a reality this is the way to go!
Let’s say you don’t want to do either option I mentioned above. My last tip would be to make sure to add enough time after your ceremony and family photos for portraits of just the two of you. I would maybe add an extra 15-20 minutes to this portion of your day so you guys could take a moment and just let everything sink in before reception starts an everyone starts wanting your attention!
I would love to hear what you will be doing on your wedding day for those special moments or if you’re already married what did you do on your big day?
